1.备热干锅。

2.将香肠片,肉片,蒜头末一起下锅。

3.小火煎炒至香肠出油,蒜粒出香。

小窍门&温馨提示
香肠是广式香肠,微带甜味而且是含油之物,因此要用干锅小火炒至出油,再用细盐先调出盐味。再用酱油调色。
